The people of Mexico were lined up along the streets to see the Pope. This little guy thought otherwise.
I’d line up for this little guy.
Hickory Grilled Tuna Steaks, Szechuan-Style Sauteed Kangkong, Olive Oil Dressed Organic Tomatoes and Boiled Jasmine Rice
The tuna steaks were marinated in worcestershire sauce, hickory barbecue liquid smoke, extra virgin olive oil, just a pinch of coarse sea salt and coarse cracked black pepper, and then grilled.
Kangkong leaves (South East Asian leafy greens) were sauteed in canola oil, garlic, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, balsamic vinegar and seasoned with cracked black pepper.
The organic tomatoes were simply dressed with extra virgin olive oil and seasoned with dried oregano, cracked black pepper and coarse sea salt.
Serve all three with plain boiled jasmine rice topped with chopped chives. Yum yum!
